Pretty pleased with how my chocolate coconut pie turns out. Chocolate cookie crust, whipped white chocolate ganache with fresh shredded coconut, chocolate coconut pastry cream, and chocolate whipped cream. With weird cutesy Peep and Easter eggs. Because I don’t have good taste in decorating. #pieday
