    Inspired idea to bake delicate fish thanks to @TestKitchen! Roasted over a bed of thinly sliced pototoes and brushed with herbed butter, the cod fillet came out perfectly done with no risk of sticking! And the potatoes benefit from the cooking juice of the fish too. A nice one-dish dinner.
